Summary:

Footage for the half-hour documentary, “The Presidential Race: The Voters,” which compiles six weeks of interviews with people around the state speaking about the Republican and Democratic candidates running in the primary election. This segment introduces the documentary, first showing a teaser of interviews from locations visited like Spirit, Platteville, Merrill and Milwaukee. It then cuts to reporter John McKenna in downtown Milwaukee, who states the importance of Wisconsin for the presidential primary since 1968. He is standing by a Thom McAnn store.
