This segment includes several stories that include (in the following order): interview with African American woman about a violent crime involving her female relative, who was kidnapped at gunpoint, taken to Chicago and later rescued; a meeting about a master plan proposal by unidentified architects that connects Milwaukee’s downtown to the lake shore including a pedestrian bridge, amphitheater, a sculpture court and lagoon; and a string of political stories on the Milwaukee Common Council showing Vel Philips and Robert J. Jendusa, and on the presidential election including an interview of a Wisconsin delegate to the Republican National Convention and casting votes for Richard Nixon, and on the Eugene McCarthy campaign.
