Footage about a collision of a Cessna airplane into North Central Airlines Flight 261, a Convair 580, which occurred on August 4. Segment begins with the surviving co-pilot of the Convair, John Mazur, in a hospital bed speaking about the mid-air collision, and then cuts to parts of the private plane in a beet field.
