As you may know, campus life at UWM as well as Universities across the country will be different over the next few weeks.  UWM will be on an extended spring break from March 15-29, 2020.

Precautions are being taken to safeguard the health of our entire campus community – students, faculty, staff, and visitors.  These changes mean that we will be canceling all planned Women’s & Gender Studies events for the remainder of the semester.  This includes the UWM Paper and Project Contest and MPS Student Essay Award Ceremony, the Brown Bag Lunches scheduled for Wednesday, April 1, 2020 and Wednesday, May 6, 2020, and the Feminist Lecture Series/Vilas Trust sponsored presentation by Ann Stoler on April 22, 2020.

We will update you as new information becomes available, and will let you know if these events are rescheduled.  Thank you for your understanding.
