Ready to rejuvenate your body and mind? Whether you’re a seasoned yogi/meditator or new to the practice, come unwind and stretch your mind and body in the spirit of wellness and community.

Meditation

In this very calming and relaxing 30-minute session, allow yourself to rest, refocus, and rejuvenate your mind and body. Our guided meditations will focus on welcoming change, cultivating moment-to-moment awareness (being present), and compassionately preparing the mind and body for the unexpected.
