Ready to rejuvenate your body and mind? Whether you’re a seasoned yogi/meditator or new to the practice, come unwind and stretch your mind and body in the spirit of wellness and community.

Meditation

In this very calming and relaxing 30-minute session, allow yourself to rest, refocus, and rejuvenate your mind and body. Our guided meditations will focus on welcoming change, cultivating moment-to-moment awareness (being present), and compassionately preparing the mind and body for the unexpected.

Yoga

Join us for an all-level, rejuvenating yoga class so can care for your body, mind, and spirit. Experience a 30-minute mindful-based yoga class where we will focus on gentle postures, breathing practices, and relaxation. Learn centering techniques and poses to incorporate into your daily life. All levels of yoga students are welcome.

Bring a yoga mat or towel along with a bottle of water and a friend. We will have a limited number of mats available.

Pre-registration is preferred (to help with planning) by weekday, date. Select the event(s) you will attend. [will include sign-up form here when it’s ready]

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to check in and complete your liability and photo/media release waivers.
