Conference Travel Awards
Unfortunately, we will not be accepting more applications for undergraduate conference travel support this fiscal year. Please check back after July 1 for future travel.
Undergraduate Research Conference Travel Awards are available for students to help offset the costs of traveling to present their research activity at local and national conferences. The maximum award for domestic travel is $500, which may go toward airfare, hotel accommodations, meals (within state allowances), and/or conference registration fees. These funds are intended for students who have already been substantially engaged in faculty-directed undergraduate research.
Students, please follow the link below to the Undergraduate Research Conference Travel Application. Please also provide the link to this webpage to your faculty/academic staff advisor, so he or she can fill out the Faculty/Academic Staff Recommendation Form below.
Faculty, please follow the link below to complete the Faculty/Academic Staff Recommendation/Justification form for your student’s travel.
