Project Description
This project aims to create a refreshed version of the guided tour of the Center for Nursing History, as well as an accompanying website that offers a virtual tour of the museum for students, faculty, and community members who can't visit in person.
Tasks and Responsibilites
The student will complete (including revisions, as needed) a self-guided tour of the CNH that can be used in multiple ways: visitors can either use the tour to learn about all the objects in the museum, or they can select a particular theme and focus their experience on that theme. The student will also upload photographs into a Storymap website that has a similar feature, where visitors to the website can explore various paths through the museum's holdings. The student will develop the text for both the in-person and virtual versions of the tour in collaboration with Dr. Laurie Glass and Dr. Jessica Nelson.
