Project Description
Student will be working with a graduate student on developing a project that will investigate the measurement of Psychological Safety in the context of medical teams in pediatric critical care medicine. This will involve review of the literature, piloting of measures, and helping collect pilot data.
Tasks and Responsibilites
Student will be conducting a literature review across several related areas of literature, completing annotated bibliographies, and working with the graduate student on measure development and refinement, and collection of pilot data.
