Project Description

This project focuses on creating a smart assistant that assesses and enhances the quality of system requirements within an MBSE environment. Students will leverage natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning techniques to scrutinize textual requirements for problems such as ambiguity, inconsistency, or lack of verifiability. The goal is to guarantee that requirements—are both clear and testable, minimizing errors in the subsequent system design phase.

Tasks and Responsibilites

Study guidelines for well-formed.g., INCOSE rules) and collect example requirements (from case studies or industry requirements examples). Create a small dataset of requirements texts labeled with issues (ambiguous wording, missing units, etc.) for testing the tool.
