Project Description

The lab is interested in improving the performance of nano-electronic materials and their based devices for sensing, communication and energy harvesting application. This project aims to prepare Organic Quantum Dots light emitting diodes and test their spectral-light emission characteristics.

Tasks and Responsibilites

Students will be expected to:
1. Develop and optimize device fabrication strategies
2. Perform current-voltage ( IV) characterization
3. Run phto-IV tests
4. Analyze emission yields as a function of T, QD-concentration, film thickness.
5. Write reports
6. Prepare PowerPoint presentations
