Project Description
Lead poisoning in young children is a clearly identified problem in the USA. Our investigation will be a survey to evaluate current policies and practices country-wide with the intent to identify effective proactive programs that most effectively address the avoidance of lead poisoning in children.
Tasks and Responsibilites
Compare current lead abatement management programs and evaluate data sets to create a new management plan, drawing from the strengths of the best recognized programs in the country. We will specifically compare programs around the country with the lead poisoning prevention efforts in the Milwaukee area and propose a management plan based on best practices.
