Data Request

Use this form to request student data. All requests are reviewed to verify that it meets approved and legitimate needs that meet applicable rules, policies and procedures. Making a request for student data does not imply it will be fulfilled.

Users of this data may be accessing FERPA-protected data and are therefore expected to:

1. complete FERPA Training
2. only access data if they have a legitimate educational reason for doing so, and
3. take appropriate measures to protect the confidentiality of data by aggregating information within reports, especially for any reports shared outside of UWM.

All users of UWM shared data must abide by the Provost Guidelines for Emailing Enrolled and Prospective Students.
