EMS is room and resource scheduling platform which enables campus and event planners to efficiently schedule spaces and resources in the UWM Student Union.

- Interactive Floor Plans & Room Visualization – Offers interactive floor plans and room visuals to help users choose spaces based on size and layout.
- Resource & Service Scheduling – Allows scheduling of additional resources like AV equipment, catering, and furniture alongside room bookings.
- User Permissions & Approval Workflows – Supports role-based permissions and approval workflows to manage access and enforce Union space policies.
- Calendar Integration & Reporting – Includes calendar views and reporting tools to track bookings, analyze usage, and integrate with other campus calendars.
