Ben Konitzer

Ben started with the Office of Sutainability in February 2023 and brings years of experience in professional driving and management to the team. Ben is the campus’s sole recycling driver, and he collects 4-6 tons of recyclable materials from across the campus each week. Ben also manages UWM’s bulk recycling program – an initiative to support faculty & staff during retirements or moves to ensure they can easily recycle bulk quantities of paper and books. In his free time, Ben enjoys fly fishing, mountain biking, and spending time with his dogs.
