How do I access Navigate360?

If you are a new non-advising staff member who would like to request access to Navigate360, please send an email to the Navigate Leadership Team at navigate-support@uwm.edu describing how you plan to utilize the platform in your role and complete the Data Access Request (DAR) form.

All student employees/front desk workers do not need to complete the DAR and should access Navigate360 through the shared unit account.

Troubleshooting FAQ

I’m having trouble syncing my Outlook calendar with my Navigate360 calendar. My Navigate360 appointments appear on my Outlook calendar.

This happens on occasion when Navigate360 has new platform updates. Go to the Calendar tool and click on Settings and Sync, then Disconnect Sync. Clear your browser’s history and cache. Refresh Navigate360 and Retry Sync which could take 30 minutes up to 1 business day. Please note that Google Chrome and Firefox are the recommended browsers. If you’re not seeing your Navigate630 appointments appear in Outlook, please email navigate-support@uwm.edu for further troubleshooting support.

Are my students receiving the appointment reminder texts/emails? I don’t see these messages in the students’ Conversations tab.

Yes, students should be receiving appointment reminders in their Outlook email inbox. As of February 2024, Navigate360 updated the default view of Conversations to only display recent personal communication exchanges with the student. Automated messages from the platform such as appointment confirmations, reminders, and campaign nudges are now filtered.

To view filtered automated messages, go to the Conversations tab on a student’s profile, then click the icon in the top righthand corner to clear all sorts and filters. Scroll through to find the desired automated communication. If you are unable to find a specific message, please reach out to navigate-support@uwm.edu for more troubleshooting support.

I am having trouble accessing the linked Navigate360 Help Center articles.

To access the Help Center articles, you must first go into your Navigate360 staff profile, click on the Help button at the top right corner, then Explore the Help Center. Keep this open in a tab and then try clicking the link you’re trying to access.
