Getting Started in Navigate360
If you are a new non-advising staff member who would like to request access to Navigate360, please send an email to the Navigate Leadership Team at navigate-support@uwm.edu describing how you plan to utilize the platform in your role and complete the Data Access Request (DAR) form.

Yes, students should be receiving appointment reminders in their Outlook email inbox. As of February 2024, Navigate360 updated the default view of Conversations to only display recent personal communication exchanges with the student. Automated messages from the platform such as appointment confirmations, reminders, and campaign nudges are now filtered.
To view filtered automated messages, go to the Conversations tab on a student’s profile, then click the icon in the top righthand corner to clear all sorts and filters. Scroll through to find the desired automated communication. If you are unable to find a specific message, please reach out to navigate-support@uwm.edu for more troubleshooting support.
