Arcetta directs all facets of University Housing, including Residence Life, Business Operations, Facilities, Student Conduct, and Human Resource standards. She leads the oversight of approximately 4300 residence hall students and the strategic direction for 66 full-time employees, including seven direct reports, and 300 student employees. She also plays a pivotal role on the Division of Student Affairs Student Life and Service Leadership Team.

Arcetta's expertise includes the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), Clery Act, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, Americans with Disabilities Act (Title I and II), Violence Against Women Act (VAWA), Education Amendments of 1972 (Title IX), and Wisconsin Statutes (Ch. 17, 18, and 36, and 51). Additionally, she holds certification as a Society of Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).

As a Milwaukee native, Arcetta earned her doctorate in higher education from Walden University, her BA in secondary education/broadfield social studies, and her Master's degree is in student personnel administration/higher education are from Concordia University Wisconsin. Currently, she is pursuing an MBA with a concentration in Human Resources at the University of Wisconsin-Parkside.
