“Under African Skies” Virtual Watch Party

Please join WiscAMP STEM-Inspire Program for the Under African Skies Virtual Watch Party on Friday, December 4th at 7:00 pm, featuring Dr. Tarek M. ElGammal of Egypt.

Dr. ElGammal obtained his PhD from UWM this past spring and now works at the Bradley Corporation as a Design Optimization Engineer. He obtained his bachelor and M.Sc. from mechanical power engineering department, Cairo University in 2010 and 2013.

This amazing series, sponsored by the Manfred Olson Planetarium, UWM’s Sociocultural Programming, African and African Diaspora Studies department, and the Black Student Cultural Center, provides viewers with an opportunity to experience the stars, stories, and cultural perspectives across the expansive African continent.
