Sean Lybeck-Smoak

    Sean has over 20 years of higher education experience prior to joining UWM. He has worked with numerous grant programs and specialized in developing / managing internship programs, career education team initiatives, community partnerships, experiential learning opportunities, scholarship programs, and work-study programs. In his career life, he is passionate about impacting the lives of students so they can positively impact the world, and what better way to do that than to helping them launch their career paths through internships. He is originally from Louisiana, so may hear a slight southern accent and the occasional “y’all” when you talk with him.
