Lauren Lessac

Associate Director of Career Communities & Services, Center for Student Experience and Talent

Lauren is passionate about supporting students through their career journey while at UWM. This includes choosing majors and careers that fit their interests, skills and values; building skills through internships and career related experiences; and finding a professional job upon graduation. She accomplishes this through talking with students individually, presenting to classes, and developing campus-wide career programs. When not at work, Lauren enjoys hanging out with her son and daughter, her Siamese cats (Nugget and Cooper) and her hermit crab (Jo Jo).
