Shannon Kraus

Shannon Kraus is the senior director of operations at Direct Supply. She joined Direct Supply in 2003 after graduating from UW-Milwaukee. Throughout her career, Shannon has held various leadership positions in operations across three different Direct Supply businesses. With a strong technical aptitude and process focus, Shannon has excelled at building service models that scale for new and growing parts of the business. Currently, Shannon is responsible for product fulfillment operations, customer success and technology fulfillment in the products line of the business.
