Sarah Urban is the founder of She Carries It, a platform dedicated to helping women lighten the invisible load of work, home and life so they can reclaim time, energy and joy. Through her speaking, workshops and assessment tools, she partners with organizations to support women’s performance, well-being and long-term leadership success.
Prior to launching She Carries It, Sarah served as Vice President of Finance for Briggs & Stratton’s Power Division and held executive and senior leadership roles in finance, technology and marketing at Charter Manufacturing, Charter Steel and Brady Corporation.
Sarah earned her BBA in Accounting and International Business and her Executive MBA from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
