Rachel is an experienced Senior Advisor and Practice Lead at FarWell, an advisory firm based in Wisconsin. She leverages her expertise in coaching leaders and successfully delivering change to help clients achieve their goals.
Rachel Is a thought leader and frequent speaker at local and national events. She Is active In organizations such as PMI, ACMP, and SHRM and recently led sessions on change leadership, navigating through change, and psychological safety. She also leads a Change Navigators national group that brings together anyone interested in expanding their ability to deliver change.
With a BS in Communications from Northwestern University and an MBA from Azusa Pacific University, Rachel is a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner, a Professional Scrum Master, and a Project Management Professional (PMP). In her personal life, Rachel is an avid sports fan, enjoys travel, and is a self-proclaimed chocolate lover, never missing an opportunity to indulge in her favorite treat.
