Nichole Crust is a connector and champion of equitable entrepreneurship and innovation. In her current role as Director of Entrepreneurship Access & Inclusion at Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation, she develops and implements partnerships to generate startup activity. Her work prioritizes access to resources for underserved and underrepresented communities. Nichole has worked across several sectors including food banking, social work, community organizing, education, government and economic development. In her free time she reads, travels and serves as Vice President of the Madison Public Market Board of Directors.
