Kelly Mould

Kelly Mould is Senior Vice President, Director of Business Development, Strategy and Market Partnerships as well as a Wealth Fiduciary for Johnson Financial Group. She is an attorney and a Certified Trust Financial Advisor, Certified Wealth Strategist and Certified Divorce Financial Analyst. Kelly has been a winner of Johnson Financial Group’s Circle of Excellence Award provided to associates who excel in providing an exceptional client experience four consecutive years, 2019, 2020, 2021 & 2022.

She is also a writer and speaker for Johnson Financial Group, with a focus on women and families and building financial security. She is the host of the Johnson Financial Group Podcast, “Your Money, Your Mission.” Launched in June of 2023. In October of 2021 she co-authored the cover story for Wisconsin Lawyer Magazine “#Free Brittney – When Protections Turn Toxic.” This detailed discussion of Conservatorships and Guardianship in Wisconsin also received the 2021 Hon. Charles Dunn Author Award from the Wisconsin Bar Association.

Kelly was born and raised in Racine Wisconsin, she graduated from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 2011, is a Member of the State Bar of Wisconsin and has served on their Board of Governors representing Racine County. Kelly also served on the Board of Governors for the Racine County Bar Association working diligently to build professional networks and increase the access to legal services for members of the Racine Community. In 2016, Kelly won the Cynthia L. Murphy Community Volunteer Award for her service to the Racine Community. She serves on the Boards for The United Way of Racine County, The Racine Theatre Guild and is a member of the Siena Catholic School Board. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications and a Master’s Degree in Electronic Media from Marquette University.

Previously, Kelly was an associate with Hostak, Henzl & Bichler S.C. with a focus on family law matters, guardianships and estate planning. In 2012 Kelly also received a Judicial Appointment to serve as Guardian Ad Litem in Racine County handling family custody and placement, guardianship and juvenile court matters.

Kelly was also an executive for Time Warner Cable with over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Her last role before embarking on a career in law was as Vice President of Customer Care for Time Warner Cable, Southeastern Wisconsin.
