Katie Arnold is a seasoned UX Research Lead with experience in industrial automation and healthcare technology. She specializes in uncovering meaningful insights that drive smarter, more empathetic design decisions. With a Master’s in Industrial Engineering – Human Factors & Health Systems from UW–Madison, Katie brings a systems-thinking mindset to solving complex user challenges.
She’s passionate about building scalable research practices, mentoring emerging UX researchers, and championing user needs across cross-functional teams. Known for her collaborative spirit and strategic approach, Katie thrives on connecting with fellow researchers to share knowledge, spark ideas, and elevate the impact of UX across industries.
Beyond her professional role, Katie is a committed advocate for women in leadership. She is an active member of TEMPO’s Emerging Women Leaders group, co-leads Milwaukee Site Activities for the Rockwell Automation Society of Women Engineers (RASWE), and co-leads the company’s annual Tech Conference—creating spaces for innovation, inclusion, and growth.
