Tim Baumgartner

Tim currently works as a Data Strategist at a large life insurance company in downtown Milwaukee. Before that, he founded and led the analytics team for a decade at Laughlin Constable, which worked to assign metrics to all advertising mediums and measures key performance indicators for marketing campaigns. Through Laughlin’s Full Circle Tracking approach, his team analyzed how multichannel advertising influences individuals throughout the consumer decision journey. He worked with clients in the automotive, financial, healthcare, industrial, insurance and CPG industries.

Prior to joining Laughlin Constable, Tim worked in corporate marketing and web development in the financial technologies sector. Tim is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration in Marketing.
