Brooke Casazza is the Director of Sales & Marketing Enablement at the Milwaukee Bucks, where she helps teams think about technology more strategically to work smarter and make data-driven decisions. In her role, she bridges people, tools and processes to create alignment and spark innovation across the organization.
Brooke helped launch the Bucks’ AI Strategy alongside the AI Executive Committee and now plays a key role in shaping its roadmap and adoption. As part of this work, she’s led AI Mindset trainings for the entire organization, helping employees understand, experiment with, and apply emerging technology in practical, human-centered ways.
Her approach is grounded in empathy, efficiency, and the belief that technology should adapt to people, not the other way around. She’s passionate about making tech approachable, purposeful, and powerful for the teams that use it.
