Bill has worked in the field of human resources for 16 years, with experience spanning talent acquisition, employee relations, total rewards, and learning and development. Bill specializes in organizational design/development, talent management, strategy planning/alignment and continuous improvement.

Bill has been an HR advisor to executive leadership teams to influence strategic business decisions relating to all-things-talent. He has managed small to large organizational design projects and has created HR initiatives such as safety programs, early career development programs, a reverse mentorship program and more.
