Bill specializes in organizational design/development, talent management, strategy planning/alignment and continuous improvement.
Bill has been an HR advisor to executive leadership teams to influence strategic business decisions relating to all-things-talent. He has managed small to large organizational design projects and has created HR initiatives such as safety programs, early career development programs, a reverse mentorship program and more.
