Amy is the VP of Business Product Management at Northwestern Mutual and a dynamic leader with over 15 years of experience in strategic business development, digital product management and user experience insights. She has a proven ability to drive complex projects and expertise in scaling business operations, developing innovative solutions and building high-performing teams that achieve transformative business outcomes.
Prior to Northwestern Mutual, Amy spent most of her career in the Twin Cities leading strategic communications for national sales organizations including Macy’s (formerly Marshall Field’s) and Lifetouch, Inc. She has her bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire in communications and business administration and is an instructor of the Storytelling with Data class at UWM School of Continuing Education.
