Join us on this incredible tour to experience the classic antiquities of Greece and Crete. Some highlights include touring the Acropolis Museum, a modern venue housing ancient relics from the Acropolis.

We will also visit Olympia, the birthplace of the first Olympic Games, and explore the archaeological site of Delphi and the Temple of Apollo. Also included is a visit to the Minoan Palace of Knossos, with its awe-inspiring Throne Room and beautiful frescoes. Experience the ruins of the great Palace of Knossos, the ceremonial and political center of the ancient Minoan civilization and residence of the mythical King Minos.

In Crete, savor lunch of Cretan dishes, before visiting the village of Margarites, that is famous for its pottery. Walk around this charming village and view the many pottery studios. Pottery is a local tradition that’s been in practice since the Minoan times.

Is This Trip Right for You?

Pace: Expect 3-4 hours of walking every touring day, as well as considerable time standing.

Terrain: On this tour, you may need to walk on uneven and challenging terrain, navigate steep steps or slopes and encounter cobblestone streets.

It is each traveler’s responsibility to have a passport valid for at least six months beyond the travel return date.
