Bio

Madeline Rittgers is a senior in Design and Visual Communication at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee who moved from Illinois to Milwaukee to begin her schooling. Currently working as a graphic designer at the Universities’ union marketing office where she collaborates with professional and student staff on projects. She also works part-time as a dog handler at Central Bark doggy daycare where she provides customer services and gets her dog fix. When away from her computer, she may be volunteering as a website/photography assistant at the Wisconsin Humane Society or playing ultimate frisbee with her college team. Madeline’s work with the Humane Society provides a regular source of inspiration and many of her photographs are used in their social media. Madeline has gained leadership skills by being a captain of her ultimate team where she is responsible for planning practices and communicating with all of her teammates. Once she returns to the computer, she is able to combine her passions and experiences to produce outstanding work.
