Bio

Sarah is a graduating Design and Visual Communication major at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. She has lived her whole life in Wisconsin, and grew up taking many camping and road trips with her family. From an early age, she enjoyed being outside and loved expressing herself through art classes. Sarah discovered the field of graphic design in high school and saw it as a way to use her creativity in a career field. Her strength and ability in drawing helps her to brainstorm ideas and design solutions quickly, so she always has at least one sketchbook on her at all times. She is interested in pursuing illustrative design after graduation. She plans to freelance or work for a design firm where she could create logos, icons, posters, t-shirt graphics, and illustrations. Whenever she travels, Sarah enjoys seeing branded merchandise that reminds people of the place they got it from and would love to help businesses improve their branding. When she’s not working on school, she loves to draw in her sketchbook, paint, play video games and go hiking.
