Bio

Morgan Johnsen is a senior in the Design and Visual Communication program at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and will be graduating this semester with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree. She is a Graphic Artist with UW-Milwaukee University Housing where she creates marketing materials from posters to social media advertisements. She has always had an interest in art and loves creating things across many different mediums. In her Junior year of high school, she attended Badger Girls State and helped create illustrations and comics for the daily newspaper “Badger Tales.” From then on, she knew she wanted to work in a creative field. In her undergraduate studies, she has developed a special interest in illustrative and branding design. She likes learning new things. She has spent the past year learning, growing her skills in different design programs such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere, Adobe XD, and recently begun to learn how to build in Unity. She hopes to someday utilize her skills as a marketing designer for a large video game or tech company such as Google, Nintendo, or Microsoft.
