Over the course of a year of development, the R₂D₂ team created a new website showcasing the Center’s present and past projects work dating back to 1996. The website provides access to the R₂D₂ Center’s About Us, Methods, Projects, Publications & Presentations, Get Involved, and News. We hope that our website will provide insight into our current and past work, and what steps we are making towards applied research and development related to technology and disability. Our website aims to provide a unique-accessible friendly user-experience through providing Equivalent Text Descriptions (EqTDs) or written descriptions of graphic elements.

Here is some more information to help guide your experience to our new website:

Take a look at the “About Us” tab to find out who we are, what we do, who we work with, and how to contact us.

In the “Methods” tab you can learn about key strategies we employ across our various projects and the principles that guide our research and development.

The “Projects” tab holds the bulk of our site’s information and lists our projects in order of current to past work.

The “Publications and Presentations” tab documents our full bibliography, including conference appearances.

If you’re looking to get involved with R₂D₂,then look no further than the “Get Involved” tab, where you can find information on job opportunities and internships, studies we are carrying out, and how your generous donations help make our research possible.

To keep up to date on the happenings of the R₂D₂ center, check the “News” tab for articles like this one and find us on Facebook at Facebook.com/AccessRatings and on Instagram @AccessRatings.

Thank you for viewing our new website. We are excited for you to engage with the new site and see all it has to offer. Feel free to contact us if you have any feedback.
