Costs associated with UW sponsored business events, some of which may occur at the headquarters location, may generally be reimbursed if they are actual, reasonable and necessarily incurred in the discharge of official duties.

Note: The policy does not allow the University to pay for meals when facilities are available for the attendees to eat at their own cost (i.e. in their home), therefore no meals (or gift cards/vouchers for meals) can provided for events held remotely.
