In this Zilber College of Public Health Seminar, Dr. McRoy will summarize recent work on Explanatory Artificial Intelligence to address a variety of Public Health and clinical challenges.
Dr. Dellinger will discuss his past and ongoing work on reducing exposures to environmental contaminants in foods. He will discuss the cultural and health importance of subsistence foods, such as wild fish, game, and wild rice, in the Great Lakes along with some promising new directions for environmental health research on this topic.
