Zilber College of Public Health Seminar – How Culture and Local Ecosystems Can Affect Dietary Exposures to Environmental Contaminants

Dr. Dellinger will discuss his past and ongoing work on reducing exposures to environmental contaminants in foods. He will discuss the cultural and health importance of subsistence foods, such as wild fish, game, and wild rice, in the Great Lakes along with some promising new directions for environmental health research on this topic.
