FitWell Spring Course Open Enrollment starts December 6

Spring Forward with FitWell!
Discover fun, activity-based undergraduate elective courses designed to boost wellness and balance academic life.

Be active, creative, strategic, mindful, competitive and adventurous with courses like weight training, in-person cooking, bowling, yoga, tennis, scuba, rock climbing and more. Courses may be added to your carts in PAWS and Stellic prior to the start of open enrollment.

Courses are 1 or 2 credits, offered in-person, online, or hybrid, and available in 16-week, 8-week, or shorter formats to fit your schedule.

FULL Semester: January 26 – May 13
16 weeks. Sign-up before January 6. Enrollment closes Friday, January 30.

EARLY: January 26 – March 21
8 weeks. Sign-up before January 6. Enrollment closes Wednesday, January 28.

MIDTERM: March 30 – May 13
7 weeks. Sign-up before March 2. Enrollment closes Wednesday, April 1.

Undergraduate students pay no additional tuition if total credits are between 12 and 18 during Spring and Fall, and credits are applied toward GPA.
