Wisconsin Child Welfare Professional Development System-UWM (WCWPDS-UWM) provides professional development to child welfare staff in Milwaukee; foster, adoptive and congregate care staff statewide; and early childhood family support professionals statewide through the Professional Development Network program (PDN).
