Nursing Convocation and Pinning (Spring 2021)

All graduating students are requested to fill out the form below by Friday, April 30th at 5 pm. The sign-up portal will be closed after that time
Undergraduate students must fill out this form to receive their UWM College of Nursing pin.
UW-Milwaukee students can pick up pins in Student Affairs CUN 135 on the following dates:
- April 20 between 11:30 am – 1:00 pm
- April 22 between 11:30 am – 1:00 pm
- April 27 between 11:30 am – 1:00 pm
- April 29 between 11:30 am – 1:00 pm
UW Parkside students will receive email instructions about pin pick up from Hillary Vara.
UW-Milwaukee RN to BSN/FLEX Capstone student pins will be mailed as this group of students do not have on-campus classes this semester.
