  • Delivering footage to clients or agencies, either via hard drive or digital transfer, depending on file size and volume.

Post-Production Support

  • Reviewing video drafts and YouTube copy for quality assurance and adherence to UWM branding guidelines.
  • Hosting finalized videos on UWM’s official YouTube channel (youtube.com/@uw-milwaukee).
  • Editing and fact-checking YouTube titles, descriptions, and video graphics to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Uploading videos to YouTube with appropriate metadata, including titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnail images, and closed captions.
    • Thumbnail image requirements: 1280×720 pixels, JPG format, no larger than 2MB.
    • Closed captioning options:
      • Provided by the client.
      • Facilitated by MarComm through a vendor at $1.99/minute, with additional fees for rush requests.
