John leads UWM's Division of Marketing & Communications. Throughout his career in higher education, he has focused on helping institutions tell authentic stories, strengthen their reputations and connect meaningfully with the audiences they serve. He believes the most compelling university stories are found in the experiences of students, faculty, staff, alumni and community partners.
