Erin O'Donnell

Erin tells stories about the important work done by UW-Milwaukee students, programs and faculty, contributing to internal and external communications projects for the university.  

She comes to UWM with more than 20 years' experience as a freelance writer focused on health and science topics and projects for higher education clients. She previously served on the marketing and communications team for Northeastern University in Boston and was senior editor for Natural Health, a national magazine about integrative health. She earned a master’s degree in journalism from Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism.
