The Lubar Entrepreneurship Center and the Black Student Cultural Center are excited to welcome UWM Global Management alum Serah Washington to Diverse Ideas this month. Serah currently serves as the Business Development Specialist at Riverworks Development Corporation where she offers one-on-one small business coaching to the Milwaukee community. Serah’s work focuses on supporting Black and Brown entrepreneurs throughout Milwaukee. Join us for lunch as we hear about Serah’s experience in global management and entrepreneurship!

Diverse Ideas is a talk series that partners with UWM offices to invite global and local entrepreneurs/community innovators for an intimate chat with UWM students, faculty, and staff. By offering these talks, the LEC hopes to build a larger and more diverse network of students involved in entrepreneurship, including one that spans across disciplines and majors.
