What is MINDS@UW?

MINDS@UW, an open access institutional repository, is designed to gather, distribute, and preserve digital materials related to the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee’s research mission. Although the primary focus is ETD’s (Electronic Theses and Dissertations); content may include department approved research papers and reports, pre-prints and post-prints, conference proceedings and reports from Campus Centers, and instructional materials. Official institutional records are not appropriate to deposit in this repository.

Who can deposit content in MINDS@UW?

Current faculty, staff, and students of the UW-Milwaukee are eligible to deposit in MINDS@UW.

Can I deposit previously published works in MINDS@UW?

Yes, if you hold the copyright. Check the publishing agreement regarding self-archiving permissions to authors. Also, you can look for journal open access policies including conditions for specific versions such as submitted manuscript, accepted manuscript, and published article in Sherpa Romeo
