Rachel Hegland

Biographical Sketch

Rachel Hegland is the Special Projects Coordinator at UWM's Center for International Education. She coordinates and manages activities funded by CIE's U.S. Department of Education National Resource Center grant. She also supports the outreach activities of the Institute of World Affairs. Rachel is a graduate of UWM's Global Studies program and holds a Master of Public Administration degree, also from UWM.
