Spring Asia in Conversation Series
We would like to invite you to our Spring Asia in Conversation Series. The conversation is on Friday, April 25th, from 3:30-5:00 pm CST, on Zoom.
Dr. Hamid Ouali, Professor, Department of Linguistics and Dr. Fahed Masalkhi, Arabic Program Coordinator, Senior Teaching Faculty, Department of Global Studies at UWM will be in conversation with Dr. Muhammad Yunus Anis, Lecturer, Arabic Literature Department, Universitas Sebelas Maret, Indonesia, and they will be discussing “Arabic and its Relation with Asia.”
The event is open to the public.

The Asia in Conversation series is intended to showcase the academic and social significance of the creative work on Asia at UWM in science, social science, the arts, and humanities. It takes the form of informal (but not casual) conversations between UWM faculty and their interlocutors in the wider world.
