You work for the UNHCR. Who should receive further refugee screening?

Scenario 1

A Rohingya widow and her children, a predominantly Muslim people group in Burma. She and her children are seeking asylum in a refugee camp in Thailand, because they are not recognized as a citizens in their own country.

Scenario 2

A man and his family of six live in southern Iraq. They have been struggling financially  since a skirmish in the street gone wild took out their family business. He hopes to start another business in the United States.

Scenario 3

An escaped criminal hijacked a police vehicle and is now on the run from the authorities. He makes it to the border and finds a refugee camp.

Scenario 4

A Christian family from rural Somalia. Fearing the militant Muslim group al-Shabaab, they move to a distant Somalian city hoping to get lost in the crowd.
