Nicole establishes, manages and cultivates relationships with donors to help them accomplish their philanthropic goals. With Dean Gajdardziska, Nicole created The Graduate Student Excellence Fund, which has provided support for more than 150 advanced degree students in their research, coursework, and sharing discoveries with others in their field.
